1. About CardPorter
CardPorter is a card shopping service operated by 株式会社A (Representative Director: 深澤雄太). The company is the seller. Only accounts approved by the company may register and manage listings. Ordinary registration does not grant listing access.
2. Accounts and listings
Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. Obtain legal guardian consent where required. Approved listing managers must accurately describe the item, condition, actual photos, certificate number and price. Listing approval, catalog images and market data do not by themselves guarantee an item’s authenticity or grade.
3. Purchase requests, payment and delivery
A purchase request places the item on hold and appears in your transactions. It does not charge you. Before proceeding, the company and buyer must agree on the item, total price, payment, delivery and cancellation/return terms. The site does not process payments or hold funds. Order status alone is not proof of payment or delivery.
4. Prices and currency
Product and order amounts are in JPY. USD amounts are reference conversions; changing the display currency does not change the JPY amount. Payment-provider exchange rates may differ. Any fees, delivery costs, taxes or import charges must be disclosed before agreement.
5. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel in the transaction screen before the order is marked shipped. This does not automatically refund payments made outside the site. Return conditions, deadlines, costs and remedies for damaged or incorrect items will be disclosed before agreement. Contact the company promptly if an issue arises. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Prohibited conduct and uploaded content
Counterfeit or stolen goods, fraud, impersonation, rights violations, harassment and interference with the service are prohibited. The company may remove listings or restrict access as reasonably necessary. You must have the rights to upload your content and permit its use only as needed to operate and protect CardPorter.
7. Personal information and service operation
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Maintenance, failures or security issues may interrupt the service. The company will give notice where practicable and take reasonable measures to limit disruption.
8. Liability, changes and governing law
Liability is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or limit mandatory consumer rights. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, with consent obtained where required. Japanese law applies, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to the user.
9. Auctions
Only approved sellers may list auctions. Bids are submitted in JPY; other currencies are reference conversions. Check the actual photos, description, amount and closing time before confirming a bid. Submitted bids cannot be withdrawn through the site. At the fixed closing time, the highest valid bid creates a purchase request, without automatic payment. The closing time is not extended by bids. Payment and delivery are arranged through the resulting transaction. Listing terms cannot be changed by the seller after a bid.
