Selling price and additional costs
Final production tax treatment and fee schedule: pending confirmation. Individual JPY prices will be displayed on product and confirmation screens; USD is an estimate. The present listing field assumes shipping included, but covered destinations and any additional delivery costs must be disclosed before acceptance. Staging prices and the 3% purchase fee are fictitious test values. Bank/payment charges, taxes or import charges, if applicable, must be identified before agreement.

Accepted payment methods and payment deadline: pending confirmation. The site currently has no integrated checkout and does not collect or hold money. Do not send payment based solely on a staging request. Production sellers must disclose supported methods and deadlines before a binding purchase.
Delivery and service timing

Japan Vault is not operational; its provider, intake timing, custody conditions, storage fees and release/shipping arrangements are not yet determined.
Cancellation, return and nonconformity terms
Return eligibility, return-request deadline, return address, return-shipping costs and refund procedure: pending confirmation. Rules for buyer preference returns must be distinguished from damaged, wrong or nonconforming goods. The order screen permits cancellation before shipment, but does not automatically refund external payments. Applicable statutory rights are preserved. These conditions must be displayed clearly before production transactions; a generic “no returns” statement is not adopted here.
Availability, request limits and status
Individual listings represent the stated item; a request places it on hold to prevent another active reservation. Any sale deadline or quantity restriction must be shown on the offer. The staging environment contains dummy listings only; no displayed item, shipping option or Vault option constitutes a real sale or custody offer.
